Look at this cutie-pie!! His name is Mickey and he's a 5 year old Yorkshire Terrier who is ready to share his life with an awesome family. Read on to learn more about this lovely fellow.


Mickey can only be described as a complete sweetheart and a total people dog. Extremely affectionate and loving, he is pleasant and friendly with everyone he encounters, especially his family. Mickey adores being cuddled in your lap or resting in your arms for hours; no amount of attention is too much for this guy. He LOVES people and sticks close to his foster Mom at all times; she jokingly says that he is attached to her ankle! He's a small guy at only 7 lbs, perfect size for snuggling and you barely notice him on your lap or in your bed at night!


Sweetie-boy Mickey is a low maintenance dog with an average activity level. He enjoys puttering around in the yard (if you're with him!) and every once in a while he will play with the other dogs. He has not had much experience walking on a leash so his new family will want to give him time to adjust to leash walking (and his new life in general). Mickey has lived his whole life with other dogs and gets along fine with them, no problems at all. He could join a family with other dogs but would also quite happily live as the only dog because all he really cares about is people.


Mickey is an incredibly nice little boy who would be perfect for almost anyone looking for a tiny little cutie to lavish their love and attention upon. Because of his small size, he is not suited to a family with very young children but he could live with older, calmer, gentler children.


Mickey is neutered, in great health, up to date on his shots and fully housetrained. He was born on March 1, and weighs 7 lbs.
